Screening for colon cancer
This article by the CDC outlines different ways to get screened for colon cancer. One of these examples was a CT colonoscopy or sometimes called a virtual colonoscopy. In a CT colonoscopy, multiple x-ray photos are collected and fed into a computer. This computer uses multiple x-rays to create a complete photo of the colon for a doctor to analyze.
