People with BPD are often experiencing intense emotions whether they be depressive, suicidal, or angry. Their minds are always filled with intense thoughts that can cause them to be stressed and feel empty inside. It's difficult to sort out their thoughts and control their minds. They tend to have poor self-image and unstable relationships which can also cause depressive thoughts and emotions. The picture shows this because of the scribbles inside his head and the grey clouds surrounding him show depression and emptiness.
