         <description><![CDATA[<div>For the first day at DESOM BAKERY HOME, i learn about the basic knowledge before make a bun. This knowledge is very important before make a bun. The owner of DESOM BAKERY HOME Pn. Suhaiza Saadon  or Chik Eda teach me that how to wash a egg from any dirty with quantity more than 10 egg at one time. Then, she ask me to clean the tray while she measure the ingredient. Chik Eda told me that she always get order from four school around area Sungai Petani for every weeks. Then, she show to me the type of flour that need to make a bun and other ingredient like salt, sugar, yeast, and so on. After that, Chik Eda ask me for a help to cut a sausage for pizza bun with two type of shape which is circle and rectangle. After settle cut a sausage Chik Eda command me to see the step because Chik Eda want me to understand all the step properly before make a bun for the next day. She want me understand what that she teach that day and she don’t want pressure me for the first day.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For second day, Chik Eda teach me how to make the chicken floss bun and pizza bun. So that, she will do for 2 kg of dough to get 120 pieces of bun for three type which is chicken floss, small pizza and large pizza bun. The ingredient that she used is wheat flour,high protein flour, very small flour, egg, salt, sugar, yeast, cold water, and others. Then, she mix all the ingredient using the machine dough. After waiting for around 20 minutes , all the ingredient become a perfect dough. Then, Chik Eda take out the dough from the machine and mix up with oil.<br><br></div><div>After that, she teach me how to measure the dough for three type of bun. For making the large pizza she use 55 gram of dough, small pizza she use 45 gram of dough and chicken floss she use 35 gram of dough. The dough has dimensions become round and compressed before making the desired shape. Let it take a moment to blossom. The next process, place the sliced ​​sauces as desired, chili sauce, mayonnaise, spicy peppers and slightly oregano. Then bake for 15 minutes. For chicken floss place thick milk, mayonnaise and chicken poultry. After cooking, leave for a while until the bread is cold for the packaging process.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Chik Eda said that she will do if she get order from her customer because she does not have any employees to help her. The ingredient to make "Suci Dalam Debu" is simple which is “kulit popia”, milk powder, sugar, nestum and horlicks. So for the first step is take the “kulit popia” and cut into small squares. Then, tear the “kulit popia” into strands. After the completion of all “kulit popia”, then the second step is to fry. After that let it the “kulit popia” for a while to cool before mixing together. Chik Eda asked me to grind the ingredients he has sized namely milk powder, sugar, horlicks and nestum. Once the mixture has become smooth and smooth, Chik Eda puts all the ingredients on the fried “kulit popia”. Finally, put it in the small container.<br><br></div>]]></description>

After 20 minutes, when the ingredient have been mix very well&nbsp; so that put the salt and margarine. Then, wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the salt and margarine mix very well until turn to perfect dough. Next step, let the dough until rise up and after that put out the dough from the container for rubbed with a little oil to make shiny dough. Then, measure the dough to three different types of bread according to the set size. For this bread measure is the same as 35 grams. Then, turn the dough into a round and leave for a while before the bread is baked. Once the bread is cooked for 10 minutes and let it cool down for the cooling process before it puts rich flavor, coconut and red beans into the bread. Then, re-insert the prepared bread into the oven for a second baking process for 5 minutes. Lastly, leave it just before the packaging process is done.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
