Some of the feelings you may get while having depression is hopelessness, unenthused, worthless and bleak, those are only some of the words to describe how low you are feeling. A way that depression can affect the way you think is when you wake up in the morning and dont get out of bed no matter what, dosnt matter if you love your job or its the weekend its just the feeling not wanting to do anything or that theres no more point in trying.

Your social well being can be troubled by depression in many ways, sometimes depression can make you do strange things; What I mean by this is normally when you feel sad or down you tend to turn to your loved ones or close friends. Depression generally makes turn away from them and makes you shut everyone out and that is why you feel so alone and disengaged from everyone. The main thing to remember while going through this is to reach out and remember you are not alone.
