1. One way to keep yourself motivated is to set goals. Your goals can be about anything like, fitness, homework, work, life, and ect. Make smaller goals to lead up to your final achievement. Setting goals helps to keep the right mind set to achieve what you want to achieve.
2. Make it fun. If you enjoy doing something it is way more likely that you'll stick with it. Find little things that you enjoy about the tasks that you hate to do, even if what you find enjoyable is it being over. Let the sense of accomplishment be your biggest motivator.

3. Reward yourself. Each day that you stay on the right track of your goal is something to celebrate. Although moderation is key, if you reward yourself for taking the stairs instead of the elevator, by eating an entire cake. You are doing more harm then good. Keep on track by earning smaller rewards that will help you attain your goal. Like if you get your homework done early, you can watch 15 more minutes of TV.

1. Tell the truth
Always telling the truth is an easy way to gain someone trust. When you lie to someone, their trust for you begins to crumble. If you tell the truth people will remember that for further reference. Don't tell little white lies or big lies for any reason. Honesty is always the best policy.
2. Do what is asked of you. That means no short cuts, only your best work. If you don't do your best on projects then you and others will never know your full potential. Doing your best will make others trust you with more important tasks. It also lets them know that you are accountable and will get things done.
3. Do what is expected.
This means when someone expects you to get your homework done, get your homework done. Not everything has to be said out loud for you to be expected to have it done. You have to use your own judgement and know what is expected of you. Doing this will let others know that you are responsi

1. Find something that motivates you.
Inspiration is everywhere, finding something that motivates you is the first step to finding inspiration. You can stay motivated by setting goals, having fun with what you are trying to do, and rewarding yourself for staying on track.

2. Brainstorm things that you like and would like to do. Think of new ways to do things that you might already find boring. Doing things differently might make inspire you to try other things with the same out-of-the-box thinking. The more ideas you have, the better the chance is that you'll find something that you like.

3. Try new things
If you try enough new things then you'll most likely find something you like. Go out for different school clubs or sports, to find something that you might enjoyWhen you enjoy something you will probably get inspired to do more.

1. Body Language
Change your body language to seem more attentive. Sometimes body language might make you come across as bored or uninterested. Try to make lots of eye contact, so that people know that you care.
2. Listen
Listening is probably the more important half of communication. If you don't listen well it might come across as you not caring or not being interested in what they are trying to say. Be an attentive listener and make sure that they know you are paying attention. Again eye contact is important to let people know that you are listening. Good listeners tend to be better friends and are more successful later in life.

3. Get rid of distractions
Getting rid of distractions helps you really focus on the conversation at hand. Not being distracted will improve your listening skills also. When you want to get a point across or have a serious conversation put away your phone, computer, and turn off the TV. Focus on the person you are trying to talk to.

1. Know that failure will happen and not to be scared of it. No matter who you are there are going to be times when you fail or don't do as well as was expected, but that's just part of life. Remember that every failure gets you closer to the end result.
2. Know your strengths and weaknesses. If you only think about your weaknesses it will kill your confidence, think of all things you are good at too. Also If you know you know something is your weakness then don't have too high of expectations about it. Everyone has strengths you just have to find yours . Think of something you are good at, you don't have to be the best it. Have the mind set of "Well I'm might not be very good at reading, but math comes really easily to me."
3. Think positively. If you only say what you hate about yourself it will eventually bring down your self-esteem. Think of all the good aspects of your personality. Say five things that you like about yourself every night before bed. This will help you see yourself in a more positive light and eventually give you a higher self-esteem and confidence.
