I think bully it is treating without due respect and wanting to intimidate that person so that they feel incapable.

Example of bully is "according to the text" in kite runner when assef was intimidating hassan in an alley trying to want to hit him with his group.

Other example of bully " when baba made fun of hassan for not knowing how to read and he said that he could change his reading without any inconvenience because he was not going to realize it also he could not be his friend because of the social class they had.

A bully is an evil person In the Assef and Amir text they are bullies. To back up my claim, Assef is a bully because he used to beat up children. I think that you should never make fun of a person who does not know how to read, it would be better to help that person.
