The Nature Park is located on the ancient Daugava valley. Here you can find more than 800 plant species (some protected ones, too) ,139 bird species of which 33 are specially protected species of national and European importance.

 In the museum you can learn everything about how to make bread.  In Latvia we eat a lot of rye bread, it is dark colour.
At the museum you can taste fresh bread, enjoy herbal tea and buy Aglona bread and pastries to take away.
