A good mix between work, discution and fun. Everyting was perfect, welcome, ambience, visite, workshops, ... We have realize some causes of droupout and discover some "solutions" via the many exchange. The différents workshops push us to thinking. I'am happy to have participated and I think its important to grow up in our job. Firstly, It was well organized and professionally blended with project work and social and cultural events. Not a single activity was in vain. We had the chance to have an exchange of ideas on dropout, adaptation and ıntegratıon of students to the school. We also made some useful presentations on dropout and orientation. There were some good examples of activities which can be used on orientation and adaptation process in our schools. We visited some theatres where some people have some plans for dropouts and some other socially-excluded people to make them come to the theatres. We also get the chance of observing our colleagues on work, which I have desired to do so much.
