It may present how much does it take by walk from scheduled course A to course B so that the student can estimate the time well. Traffic information would be very nice who commute everyday classes. Prerequisite and permission to take the course always issue to schedule the courses. The flags and final score could range from low confidence to high confidence in terms of the software's assessment accuracy. This could aid users in their efforts to properly examine the news and avoid disinformation or misinformation.

Constraints: Legislation, scope of surveillance on government's part, what constitutes "acceptable" surveillance, public opinion,  safety, etc.

Problem to Solve: Many people have taken issue with government surveillance after whistleblower Edward Snowden blew the doors open on the US government. Many people do not like the fact that the government is capable of tapping into our personal devices or reading our call logs/text messages. However, many people also welcome this type of non-invasive surveillance, and have no problem giving up a little bit of their privacy in exchange for increased levels of security and safety. This problem will certainly become more and more prevalent in our society as technology continues to improve (facial recognition systems, government registries, etc.).
