         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>structures to facilitate focused and in depth conversations will require smaller schools to think outside of the box as collaboration time is often facilitated by specialist/admin staff. &nbsp;</li><li>students participating in planning and decision making will also need to be a consideration&nbsp; - student empowerment of choice and voice sometimes gets over-ruled by curriculum requirements (though both can live comfortably together- it can be challenging for some educators new to the programme to get their heads around).</li><li>communication and collaboration with the wider school community - authentic opportunities need to be explored to ensure ownership of decisions made.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
