This says that no one should be proven guilty of a crime unless he has gone to a jury, and has been proven guilty by the judge. Important things in this is double jeopardy, the right to remain silent, eminent domain (this is where the government has the right to take your property for public use, but with that the government has to pay the owners of the land), and due process.
