When we are introduced to the main characters, there will be a bright spotlight that appears on them when they are on the ground.

During the climax of the show, the lights are going to flash to a bright red tone to resemble death ans heart break to show the audience something terrible has just happened.

During act 2, and the duration of them being broken, the lights will have a pale white tone to them to show sadness and separation between the sticks.
