As a teacher we have to develop different skills, such as being emphatic with our children, learning their behaviours, knowing their previous knowledge about any subject, or how we can adapt the way of telling the same item for each student differently.  

Students also must have curious and hardworking to be more effective. Furthermore, they need to set a goal to be motivated and to be cooperative to help and being helped with partners and teachers to get as much knowledge as they can. 

The learning space, in my opinion, should encourage students to learn independently and set accents to spark their interest. However, it should not be designed too restless, so that it does not disturb the concentration of the students.

In my believe, effective learning is characterized by intrinsic interest. Intrinsic interest and the desire to learn, however, require a safe space for learners in which they meet as equals, which is not characterized by fear of failure, and which arouses interest and motivates learning through targeted accentuation. 

Moreover, an effective classroom should let children learn just by observing. The class has to make students feel comfortable and safe. To work better, I'll be good to be a spacious place, lighting and adaptable. 

Finally, to be an effective learner, it is good to be oneself. Showing others what they can do and things they feel comfortable. Respect and be peaceful with knew knowledge. 

From my point of view, an effective teaching involves more than just have mastery in the academic field.

First of all, I think you need to consider how your students are. Knowing them individually will make them feel comfortable in class. Consequently, they will feel freer to participate and be better students.

An effective teacher has to be able to show enthusiasm. If you stay positive, your students will tend to reciprocate and that would make and effective learner.

But this is simply not enough. I think the teacher also has to encourage pupils to participate in the activities. It’s important to think of your students as teammates, not adversaries and don’t make them compete in a negative way. That will create a good atmosphere and an effective classroom.

A good teacher shouldn’t be afraid to be creative and innovative. Usually children are more motivated with unusual activities.

Overall, We can see that being a teacher isn’t an easy job. Clearly, to be an effective teacher is more complicated than many people think. We are a role model for the class. In addition, an effective teacher is responsible to create a warm classroom climate and consequently effective learners.

This isn't an easy question. Each country, each school and, even more, each student are different and unique. So, something can succeed in a concrete situation and fail in another one.

Nevertheless, I believe that there are a few things that are essential if you want to create a favourable learning environment. On the one hand, as a teacher, you have to be committed with your students, don't stigmatize them and being open to share space and authority with them. In addition, a teacher must study and be constantly adapted and updated with their students needs. 

On the other hand, an effective classroom is that classroom that can also change and adapt depending on the activities that are being done. You should be able to work in small group, individually, in pairs... 

Finally, I think that it is very important to make "the class" become "OUR class". We can do that by painting the walls, putting pictures, paintings and projects on them or simply by making this place a safe space to learn, share and evolve.

 From my point of view, to be an effective teacher is more complicated and difficult than many people think. Because, an effective teacher is someone who create a good classroom environment, is someone who promotes motivation and enthusiasm. But also, each student is different and unique and the teacher must be adapted to the needs of each one. 

On the other side, I think that the base of an effective classroom is to be a spacious place to make students feel comfortable. Also, I think that the lighting and adaptable is so important for in an effective classroom. 

Finally, to be an effective learner is important to be oneself, because every student learn at their own pace and each one is different from the others. But also, a good learner is ambitious and shows respect toward others. 

 As some of my classmates have said, an effective learning, teaching and classroom are interrelated and, in some cases, they could depends on each other. From my point of view, the teacher should create a positive atmosphere to make sure that the students are feeling comfortable and safe in that space. A space that must be develop for and by the students to want to be there and feeling free to create, research, ask and discover by theirselfs.

Thanks to all this, it will be possible to generate an intrinsic motivation that will favor a totally meaningful learning.

Moreover, one thing that makes an effective classroom is confidence. I think is very important that all students connect with each other. We need to create a comfortable atmosphere, where students can work together.  

To sum up, I believe that if we want an effective classroom, the most important thing is the empathy between students and teacher, on one hand, and on the other hand, give students an opportunity to feel that can grow up and develop in class.   

An effective teacher is empathetic with his students and knows how to treat them and how to manage the class depending on the personal situation of each child and the group in general. Creates an atmosphere of trust within the classroom and makes students feel the class like their second home.

The classroom has to be a comfort zone for children and, also, they have to feel that they are the ones who adapt it to their tastes and needs, they have to be able to decorate it, take care of it, contribute ideas about new spaces... All this will make the learners motivated and eager to experiment and learn new things.
