Joud Alkhawaja

Jordanian passport but originally Palestinian.

I can only speak Arabic and English but can quickly catch a few words from other languages.

I started Viss in around the third or second term of grade 2. 

I like history so I got good marks in that but I wasn't in good in the other two.

I liked English ever since I was a kid I would always write stories but in gr7 or 8 my English got worse which led to me not liking it. But now I'm focused on raising my grades.
Physical education 

I like pe when it doesn't involve grades or actually having to play correctly. 

I liked science in grade 9 which is why my marks began to get better minus the mark I got at the end of year. I liked all three parts of science biology, chemistry and physics and it was hard choosing which ones not to take.

I'm good at arabic because its my first language but I don't get many of the grammar rules.

I only know how to say “Bonjour, J’mapelle Joud” and the numbers from one to 30 but I cant say them unless they’re in order too.

I liked art this year because I got to test different ways of art and we learnt how to sew.DT was okay I mean I could do simple stuff in it but its not something I’d always like to do.
Math

To me math is a maze. i know the way at first then things get complicated and I'm lost again.

As I said before I like history so I feel good about choosing this subject.

I preferred this subject over geography.

I feel confident in both these subjects although I could get better at chemistry.

I chose them again because they are my top 2 favorite electives from all the others.
