         <description><![CDATA[<div>For this workshop to be successful we will use:<br>Social Skills- interact with each other as we discuss different media, approaches, observations, and world views. This includes listening and responding.&nbsp;<br><br>Research Skills- analyzing information from various sources and working to integrate these approaches into our classroom.<br><br>Self-management Skills- awareness of our own limitations or areas of growth so we don't get totally thrown off; prepared to listen and digest.<br><br>Thinking Skills- interpreting how these approaches can fit into our classroom with our subject material. Pondering how we can adapt and change our own beliefs toward certain elements to make our teaching and our lives easier.<br><br>Communication Skills- interact with our peers, whether verbal or written, in a way that expresses our POV and acknowledges another's POV.<br><br></div>]]></description>
