I disagree with the second reflection, is essential for us be prepared before the class. to plan a class is important because we need to know what students are going to lear and what we want to achieve with them.

1. In my point of view according with the first reflection, sometime following books aims, is not very intesting and unclear. Moreover is necessary to know students' knowledge first.

My point of view goes all the way around; I believe that teachers need to consider the aims to have a path to follow during the lesson. Therefore, we need to consider the school's needs, students, and ours to have an exciting assessment.
2.- I agree with some aspects of this comment. It is essential to have in mind what our students know and their needs. As teachers, we need to focus on that before the lesson starts or when the subject begins to have a comprehensive view of our students and focus on its aims.
