         <description><![CDATA[<div>   The middle east has always been wealthy, like in the natural resources over time that has changed. The middle east is lowkey the same because of them being rich and also having natural resources more specific the gas this all played out through the 18th, and 19th-century Europeans competed to establish colonies, superior military. Economic leverage allowed people to create markets for manufactured goods .the British army was the first to switch from coal to oil, which allowed the technology industry to rise at an increasing rate.</div>]]></description>
