Seeing the traditional Chinese ceramics was amazing, but I also enjoyed the contemporary art that was shown! ( see picture attached )

We visited the Hong Kong Palace Museum and the Tea House Theatre experience.

Both activities gave us a deep insight into history and culture. From the ceramics from the various dynasties to the sounds of instruments I heard for the first time.

This was an Emperor's Chair. I find it interesting the sheer size of it along with the fact that the chair carvings matching with the backdrop. It makes a testament to the attention to detail.

Palace museum. I saw stone tiles that is written something with Chinese character. I was interested in them because I am familiar with traditional Chinese characters but I had no idea about the meaning 😅

This was taken in Palace Museum. It's such a nice place with huge amount of collection, and also the style and designed in arrangement of the historic items.

I was impressed by small statues that were sculpted from crystal. So delucated and beautiful!
