Finally, my youngest enjoys taking what all three call "Mom's educational trips". Can't wait to take her to NYC next summer, DC, who knows?

I never post pictures of my students so this one of my eldest in 1st will have to suffice. I'll just say that 1st graders are fantastic, intelligent, hilarious, and plain old fun to be around. Try it sometime!

I've always felt that if you want your kids involved in something, you must participate yourself instead of sitting on the sidelines. SO---I guess I'm taking some of this bunch to Atlanta this summer for an urban-style mission trip.

I'm looking forward to finding something in common with my classmates. I live in Clarksville but am originally from Kevil, KY and graduated from Murray State with my bachelor's degree. I finished my master's as a reading specialist here at APSU and am presently working on an Ed.S in special education.
