         <description><![CDATA[<h1>While comparing with the leadership grid, I feel Team management is the most effective style (Daft 2015, p. 49) and I would follow that because I truly believe an organization gives its best when it works as a team.  As a leader, I give equal importance between the people who are working with me and the results that are expected. I tend to respect and acknowledge people and give time and encouragement while displaying trust, but I also set performance expectations while I evaluate them. Having such a balance between the people and the results will help in increasing confidence while getting the outcome. I follow the High Task-High Relationship style of leadership. I have a personality of a ESFJ-A.  <br><br></h1><div><br></div>]]></description>

This would give me a chance of knowing what my followers will want from me</div><div>Secondly, giving personal attention to my followers and being open with them which will give them a sense of belongingness. </div><div>Moreover, I would not want to force my followers to achieve excellence.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I truly believe that leadership depends upon each individual situation, and no single           leadership style can be considered the best. The way I will mend and be with my followers will not be according to the organizations needs but I would mend according to the situation demand. Hersey and Blanchard’s contingency model speaks of how leaders should evaluate his subordinates and adopt which ever style is needed (Daft 2015, p.72). I should be ready to engage myself with my followers as the situation demands. I will have to tailor the way a task would be performed. Achieving this goal will help in having a good maturity and competence level of the group. </div><div> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things (Ronald Reagan, n.d.) I do not want to be an effective leader by just supervising the organization but I see myself as a person who will motivate others to grow and excel in life. For me, the organization and its members are not seen as just being in the closed doors of working for a project, but I would like to inspire them in all the work they do. In doing so, I would feel the happiness of being a true leader as my followers will be always dedicated to work even on the hardest of days as they would look up to the opportunities and even to get inspired more in future.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Showing ethical behavior</div><div>If I show ethical behavior towards my followers, they will follow the same creating a positive environment and loyalty in the organization.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>- Building communication with my followers&nbsp;</div><div>Building communication with my followers will let me know more about them. By building the communication and creating transparency in the organization they will share the drawbacks of the organization which can help me improve and motivate them to carry forward in future when they start a business</div><div>&nbsp;<br>- People oriented approach</div><div>The leadership approach I will use is the people oriented approach to focus more the people and building relationship over the results in the initial phase.
