Big prosperous countries with a GDP/Citizen above $25.000PPP will pay at least 0.7% of the country's GDP into the climate fund.<br>3. Smaller developing countries with less than $25.000PPP will have to pay at a max 0.7% of the county's total GDP into the climate fund.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The target is to have this resolution forfilled by the end of 2035<br><br>1.&nbsp; All countries with CO2 emissions between 5 to 8 tons per capital, should reduce their emissions by 15%. in adition all countries with CO2 emissions over 8 tons per capital, Should reduce the ammount emitted over 8 tons per capital, by 35%.<br>EXAMPLE: If a country has an emission of 9 tons per capital, that country should reduce the first 8 tons by 15%. The remaining 1 ton should be reduced by 35%.<br><br>2. All countries with emissions at or below 5 tons per capital, should reduce their emissions by 5%.<br><br>3.&nbsp; All countries with emissions at or below 2,5 tons per capital, should reduce their emissions by 0%.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

A sub-organisation of the UNFCCC is founded with headquarters in France.<br>a. This organisation will focus on further-developing on the patents for atomic-energy that France owns.<br>b. An affordable solution is established.<br><br>2. The solution is then provided by France for the other counties involved.<br>a. Access to free use of patents is allowed until the deadline of 2028.<br><br>3. Any further access to the patents after the above deadline will cost a fee for each plant provided with the patent.<br>a. Countries that are on a development fund plan receive a 25% discount to each plant provided by the patents.<br>b. Countries which are not in a development fund plan pay full price.</div>]]></description>
