legal procedures should be taken against them because they are working under the company as mentioned in the article and they dont have the right to male deals and bring profit to other companies while they work under a certain company .. so the company have the right to claim compensations from these employees

First of all, the employee should read the contract that he signed and understand it. It should be written in the contract that the employees couldn’t use the company’s properties outside the company. If so, they can terminate the employee.
