         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Positive reinforcement</strong><br>I use "token economy" in my class. Students are able to choose and play the game of their choice if they are able to finish the "token economy".<br><br><strong>Negative reinforcement</strong><br>Instead of doing 2 required activities, I will remove one IF student is able to do all of my simple tasks (my checklist).&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I do it by giving incentives to behaved students like extra time to play, the negative punishment is when they don't get to play or they stay in the discipline table by themselves. I also give toys of food for each accomplishment they do for the day or for the week.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Postive reinforcement:<br>In class, I would bring with me a "Goody Jar" which they know they will be able to get something when they behave and do well in a certain activity or task.<br><br>Negative reinforcement:<br>Before I start each lesson, I repetitively state my rules: "Teacher Mary will give three warnings then..."&nbsp;<br>The kids respond, "go out!"<br>And when a student misbehaves despite given three warnings, I really send them for out and they don't like missing class. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Negative Punishment: Students are oriented to always use hand signals when they want to do something. Now if that certain student is not following the hand signals, he/ she will be ignored until he/she remembers to do such.<br><br>Positive Reinforcement:<br>I am using this classdojo  application wherein I record students points whenever they participated and give them certificates if they reached the minimum number of points agreed. <br><br></div>]]></description>
