How will students be introduced and learn the technology? What is the information technology department's role? If you are tech savvy and don't need their support, maybe consider letting them know in case students come to the Help Desk. Consider an instructional designer to guide through the pedagogical aspect and if doing department wide peer-to-peer pedagogical support. What additional items might be useful from your supervisor/administration?
