-After reaching an agreement with the Owner of the centre, and after achieving all the requirements, the CEP was founded, with less than 300 people aprox.
-The school started to make partnerships with many other universities as with other schools.
-New school programs and activities were added along this decade, such as soccer friendly-matches.
