Hello Scholars, We have been discussing what things plants and animals need to live, grow and survive. We have made observations and discovered that one way that animals are able to survive is by blending in with their surroundings. This is called camouflage. Animals camouflage to protect themselves and their babies from predators. They also camouflage into their surroundings in order to hunt for food. Look closely at the photo below. What do you see?

Step 2: Bonus Activity - Comparing Fingerprints!

No two zebras have the same stripes. And no two people have the same fingerprint! Try this. Scribble hard with a pencil on paper. Make a spot the size of a quarter. Press your fingertip in the spot. Lift your fingertip and press it to the sticky side of some clear tape. Then, stick the tape to a piece of paper. That’s your fingerprint! Ask friends and family to do the same. Compare your fingerprints!
This is a fun activity and does not need to be submitted on Seesaw.
