- more funding needed
- fatality is spreading
- in Africa+++ where external  interventions/funding is major
- zero discrimination is a dream (behavioral change is complex)
- it's a chronic disease, so if funding is getting down, HIV will rise
- high number of infected people who need life-long treatment
- reducing incidence seems harder than what we though
- how world will be ruled by states? (USA is the biggest donor, if they change their policies...)
- pervert effects of targets (people tested who shouldn't, cheating to get the numbers,...)
- overambitious = risk
- another dream: vaccine for prevention and the end of AIDS: hard at a virus level!
- research agenda as priorities (maybe not too much anymore on HIV)
- replacement of old things by news things in place of combining them
- cultural/religious barriers are very hard to overcome
