Every child deserves to have a person that cares and supports them no matter what even if the home life is good. They strive better with teacher that do. But aside from that my number one job is to keep them safe and help them learn new things. 

I hope to be an organized teacher who has everything together, but I know that it doesn't always stay like that. I know some might not be as outgoing, confident or social as some of the kids but as long as they try and put in forth the effort. It is important that they are onboard with things that are happening and want to make changes.
