         <description><![CDATA[<div>percent means one hundredth.1% means 1/100 or one hundredth, and 7% means 7/100 or seven hundredths. Since percentages are just hundredth parts, we can write them as fractions and as decimals you can convert a decimal to a percent is like this .05 would be 5%. you take the part that is .05 and just put it as the percent it is and the other way around if you want to change percent to a fraction except it would be over 100 .When asked to find a certain percent of a number, you must first change the percent to a decimal or fraction, and then multiply that by the number. Find 40% of 45.</div>]]></description>
