Question 1: The type of art represented is multimedia art, because this couldn't happen naturally, only with a computer. We think the background picture is probably real, and maybe also some of the trash on the floor is real.

Question 2: We think this art was constructed using a computer, but some of the plastic might have been there originally.

Question 3: We see plastic flowing from a faucet, and humans bathing in the plastic-filled beach. They are on a tropical island that would have been very pretty if not for the plastic. The setting is early morning, or evening.

Question 4: The theme or topic is plastic is ruining the beauty of nature. Humans need to turn off the faucet (figuratively).

Question 5: The overall message conveyed would be to stop polluting the Earth around us. Humans are poisoning the world. Humans can't stop polluting, they are headfirst in the idea of polluting (idea from Abigail N).

Question 6: The thing that motivated the art would probably be either the artist's homeland was filled with trash, or a place they visited that was once beautiful, is now filled with trash.

It's a piece of digital art constructed on a device that was then printed on a magazine. I see a resilient woman representing the Asian community surrounded by flowers. The colors used in this piece are bright and colorful. It says "We Are Not Silent" at the top. This piece of art is addressing the Asian hate crimes and the theme is saying how Asians will fight and protect against the crimes that happen because of our race. The overall message is that Asians won't tolerate this treatment anymore and will fight back. The artist was motivated by the victims of Asian violence staying silent, so they created this piece to speak up and have a voice so people can be aware of this situtation.

His name could have been Rojelio and there was a slogan (life of the party).

- I think that the topic of the artwork is the death of an African American kid. The reason I think this is because It gives me vibes that this kid is dead Because it shows the thing he loved to do or he did/practiced every day. Also, the words Life of the party sound like he is no longer at the party and it now feels dead.

- I think that the artist created this art to commemorate someone who was special to them and to celebrate his life and what he did.

This art piece seems to represent a more abstract kind of art. It is not a traditional painting or picture but more of a creative and precise crossing of yarn and string. It is also multiple different objects glued onto specific places.

In this piece of art, it seems to be a world map but constructed out of tangled yarn with other objects glued on.

I think that the theme of this piece has something to do with world connections, relations, trading, immigration, and other contact between different countries and states.

I think the overall message is that everyone in this world should work together to achieve a common goal that benefits all. the strings across the map represent different connections and trading routes between countries and the computer ships and metal objects represent the different technologies countries have. I also think the color of the country matters. I think countries in red and orange are more developed than countries in yellow and blue.

So the actual meaning of this art piece is addressing immigration. It represents how people move by choice or by force to different countries to find freedom and opportunity.

Trash is spilling out of the faucet and it looks like it is overflowing because there is too much trash for us to deal with.

I think it shows that humans need to stop littering and wasting so much trash and plastic because it harms the environment. It also looks like the humans are face first in the trash and cannot get out because they cannot escape the habit of wasting trash.

The artist may have created this piece because they saw how bad human habits are harming the environment and causing the earth to slowly deteriorate.

It shows a world map of countries that have pins stuck in them and string wrapped around them to connect them. I think the topic of the art is travel/moving because the string seems to represent travel across. The message is that we all must move and travel but all came here. I think the artist was motivated but their own experiences of travel or migration.

The boy is wearing a shirt with "difference maker" on the front. And I think his name in Pokemon font

on the other side of the mural is a football player with an outline of a football behind him. 2 different dates could be the day the mural was painted or a significant day for the boy in the mural. There is also "the life of the party" in the bottom corner.

I think the Pokemon and football player could be about what the boy likes.

I think this mural could have been made because the boy died and someone wanted to honor him.

Maybe the boy died because of a problem that needs to be addressed and the t-shirt shows change after the boy died.

This piece of art is contemporary, constructed from yarn, pins and objects that represent the countries innovations.

The theme here is migration. People migrate to different places, and the country's unique innovations.

The author wants people to see that the world is diverse, with different objects representing the countries

The author probably likes to travel.

-Alex Q

The piece of art looks to be contemporary as it is made out of mainly yarn that is attached to a wall to form what looks like to be the standard map of the world. There are also several random objects attached to the wall that are placed on top of each continent, and pieces of string wrapped around pins to hold the string down, which seem to be connected to each continent.

I think the topic of this piece has some sort of connection to immigration and I believe that the overall message is that global collaboration or in other words, partnership, is important to reach a shared objective that benefits everyone.

The artist who created the art piece may have been motivated by their own immigration experience, or their own experience with travel.
