There are 0.9% people disabiled, 12.4% of BAME people ( It is an acronym for ethnic minorities ).</div><div><br></div><div>The table shows where the company will be in 2025 at all levels.</div><div>From this table in 2025 there will be 60% of men in the company, 40% women, 20% BAME, 5% of people LGBTQ+ and 3% disability.</div><div><br></div><div>In addition, 50% of early career intake are female and 5% of new recrults are career returners.</div>]]></description>

In 2019, there are 3.779 workforce whose 1.2pourcent are the LGBTQIAP+ people  declared, and 33 pourcent the LGBTQIAP+ people not declared and work in the company. there are 12.4 pourcent the BAME people working, 0.9 pourcent the handicap people is employee.
