What does success during the PM role look like?
This would mean that all my Fellows leave the Fellowship with determination, hope, and the know how to bring about a change in the educational landscape.

What does success ultimately in life look like?
Being able to impact the lives of people around the world through a social enterprise that brings awareness about environmental issues to citizens.

Success during the fellowship- Seeing the smile of every child in my class everyday and feeling contented that I have made atleast a small change in their lives where they can walk through their paths of life with confidence and empathy
Ultimate Sucess-Contented and happy at the end of everyday by also creating happiness in at least on another person around me- also spiritually content and blissful. Keep teaching(big or small) to someone and inspire them to be happy and content as well

Success ultimately, for me, is to not end up in a job like my parents'. Success in fellowship, I literally had no expectations when i entered in to the institute training, but now my success would be the space which I create for my children where they get the courage to pursue whatever they want.
