Today I learned how good is to learn from experience. This day was absolutely about new thing. For example: banana is a grass not a tree. It was good point to let us talk about our schools experiences and have discussions about how it effects communities.

And most of all I learned about cacao. Its origin, recipes, different chocolate species. The education was wonderful. All those tastes mmm.. and a fact from the experience: chocolate melts in the sun in the trunk of a car when it's +30 outside

Next time hope oompa loompa will be there 🪄

Today I learned that nature provides everything we eat. For example, chocolate exists because of two key ingredients found in cocoa beans: sugar and cocoa butter. These beans come from the cacao tree, which is native to the tropical regions of the Americas. Thanks to their knowledge and the natural resources of the Americas, we now enjoy chocolate in many forms. This reminds us how much we depend on nature’s gifts and the wisdom of those who discovered them.

Today I discovered something new – the process of making cocoa from chocolate. What really stayed with me was the guide’s genuine enthusiasm and deep engagement during the tasting. Time just flew by, and I walked away not only with new knowledge but also with a fresh appreciation for the craft behind it.

Later, I experienced two unforgettable firsts: seeing a sea turtle underwater and swimming near a hot spring while watching the sunset. These moments reminded me that cultural heritage is not only about monuments and traditions — it’s also about preserving the natural wonders that shape a community’s identity. Just as we protect historical treasures, we must care for the living and natural heritage that connects us to our past and inspires future generations.
