Drums - The drums slow the beat down by alternating between the snare and the kick, with a ride at the end of each bar

Bass - The bass plays the same chords as the guitar.
 
Keyboard - The keyboard plays whole notes to fill in the gas between the guitar and bass chords and to create a depressed feel by extending the notes, the keyboard also uses a synth. 

Vocals - The vocals sound a lot more depressed by extending the notes. 

Synth - I assume the keyboard is playing the synth, a marimba synth the alternates two notes as semi quavers.
