Increased expectations and competition leads to academic stress, depression and other psychological illnesses among students nowadays. 
Illogical relationships, curiosity, fellows and social influence compel them to abuse drugs ultimately leading to poor mental health.
Students have also been committing suicide in Pakistan since quite a few years due to multiple reasons

(Mostly students)
According to survey  suicides  rate was higher in male (76.5%) than females (23.5%). 
Out Of them 42.6% were from schools,  23.5% colleges and 22.1% from universities.
Some reasons were failure in exams , scolded by parents , harsh attitude of teachers.

Students want that there should be moderate expectations from them as too high expectations definitely leads to guilt and extreme fear of failure.
Low grades should not always be accompanied by students abuse and tarnishing their self respect. 
They don’t want to hear “You are good for nothing”
Alongside there are different issues like personal issues, domestic issues, financial issues.

Parents, teacher and students meetup should be conducted to address the problems and understand each other
Coordination between teachers to make an outline of their courses without having clashes of projects with each other focussing on mental health of students.
Different healthy gaming and activities must be incorporated alongside courses to better engage the students so that they can enjoy learning.
