         <description><![CDATA[<div>How I stay healthy<br><br></div><div>Sometimes, it’s difficult to stay healthy and this paragraph shows how I do it. First of all, I like exercising, and I try to stay healthy at home and outside. I usually do yoga at home for 30 minutes; then, I run in the park around my house for 20 minutes. Later, I return home and have a shower. All these activities relax me when I get stressed. I sometimes spend time with my friend Erika and we both exercise; it’s a good idea to exercise with a person. She’s short and slim and young; she has long, curly black hair and she’s very pretty. We love going to the gym together at night on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. About food, I love eating healthy food like vegetables, fruits and protein, but I sometimes eat some junk food with Erika after the gym. In the future, I’d like to try functional training at the gym because Now I just do Aerobics and machines. I want to participate in one of those events for cardio training, too. I’d love to start to swim as well because it’s very good for my health and body. In general, I think It's important to exercise frequently and have a good physical and mental condition.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I usually go out for a bike ride twice a week in the morning.<br>My meals are always accompanied by a salad and orange juice because as they contain vitamin C, the absorption of protein is better. In the afternoons I usually go to the park to run for 30 or 40 minutes with my friend Zarella; it's fun to spend time with her. She is tall, slim and middle-aged; She has long curly brown hair and is very good-looking. She is funny and outgoing. Sometimes we like to play basketball after running.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Well, I stay healthy by eating vegetables and fruits 3 times a day, fish 3 times a week and 8 glasses of water every day. Every morning I go for a run, but if it's raining I do yoga with my sister, she is young, short, good-looking, has black eyes, short blonde hair. In a supermarket I don't take the elevator, I use the stairs. To finish and stay healthy, we shouldn’t eat fast food or a lot of sweets and we should do 20 minutes of exercise every day, bathing 4 times a week and drink half a liter of water every day.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To stay healthy I exercise and eat healthy.<br>On Monday mornings I go jogging in the park for 40 minutes, then I take a shower and have a light breakfast like fruit, quinoa or milk. On Tuesdays I exercise at home with my brother, he is tall, has brown eyes and short hair, I also like sports like soccer and basketball. The rest of the days I do basically the same, except Sundays, that day I usually go for a walk with my parents, brother and cousins to the countryside, we walk for 30 to 35 minutes, we carry a lot of water to hydrate all the way.<br>That's what I usually do to stay healthy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I go to the gym with my mother and brother five times a week in the morning. On saturdays we go running at five in the morning. I usually have a breakfast oat, milk and fruit with milk or orange juice and omelette. At mid-morning for dessert apple with peanut butter. At lunch it's usually chicken, rice and avocado salad I'm in a caloric deficit so I eat little. At mid-afternoon for dessert banana with almond butter. At dinner it's usually chicken with avocado salad with 2 liters of water or green tea. I sleep at eleven o'clock, usually 7 hours. The next day with the same routine.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For me sometimes it is very difficult to do exercises, and be physically healthy Some reasons are because I am not used to exercising, but I always stay healthy with the routines that I do. Every morning I wake up early and do some exercises once a day, and every day of the week. I like to exercise in the company of my friend, she is very attractive, very beautiful, she is young and thin, she has brown eyes.          <description><![CDATA[<div>To begin with, I normally do exercises every day. I get up very early to do squats and push-ups. On Mondays and Fridays I have to do bars. And on Sundays I go running to the beach with my best friend, we run something like 10 km. at first it was very tiring, but now it is something normal we are improving. On the part of the diet, well, sometimes I eat junk food, so far I haven't gotten used to it, but I try to maintain a balanced diet. This has helped me with my problem, before this I couldn't gain weight.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>How to stay healthy<br>Sometimes it's hard to want to stay healthy, for me it's too hard because I don't like to exercise.<br>A month ago I tried to go to the gym, I did my best to try, I even woke up at 5. 00 am to be able to get to the 6: 00 am shift, to be honest it only lasted 2 weeks, every day during those two weeks I was going hard to the gym until something terrible happened to me, since then I stopped going, well for the moment I try to eat vegetables, fruits, I try to eat healthy, I always drink enough water, I drink 3 litres a day, every day I go for a 30 minutes walk in the morning, then I get home and I take a shower, then I start my day with a lot of attitude.<br>I hope one day I can go back to the gym, because exercising helps you feel good, both physically and mentally.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's a little difficult for me to wake up and go to the gym, I'vegot a crush with my bed, It loves me and I love It. But past years, I used to run in the park with my mom. For staying in shape, there´s no much to say, I only avoid greasy food, and eat healthier. My mom is fitter than me, she's a slim preetty woman, that takes care of how she looks, so she always makes salads. For me, don´t eating so much, waking to the university and taking the escalators is enough. Also, I like to help with the housework, so in a three floor house, you excercise while you clean up.</div>]]></description>
