I start to feel the rumble of the boosters under my seat, stronger than thunder itself. Not long after, we lift into the air, faster than the speed of light, and leaving a trail of fire, matching to the temperature of the sun. I can feel the force on my face, starting to droop and drag due to the G-Forces. While it sounds painful, it was a dream come true. I was in ecstacy, having a lifelong dream finally come true. After two or three minutes, I feel my face lift again, and the rumble of the boosters dims down. I can feel the zero gravity kick in, and finally, I'm in space.

June 15, 1963
I can still feel the adrenaline rushing through my veins from yesterday, and I think it'll be a core memory for life. The goal of my cosmonaut trip is to complete the longest solo trip in history, five days to be exact. While only one day has passed, I could stay up here forever. Even though I'm all alone, I don't feel lonely yet. Throughout the day, I'm tweaking with the lab experiments and eating space food, dehydrated vegetables and noodles in tin foil bags. In all honesty, I think I could stay up here forever. I do still feel bad for the other two cosmonauts that got their place stolen by me. Originally, I was not in the top six to go to space, but Kartashov and Varlamovgot injured during training, so me and another cosmonaut came instead. When I return, I'm going to visit them.

June 17, 1963
So far, I'm three days into my five day trip, and I've completed so many orbits around the Earth I've lost count. While I do love everything about space (the views are amazing), I do miss home quite a lot. My mother was very worried when I announced I was going to space, and I do love and miss her dearly. I don't have anyone else to talk to up here, except for mission control, and they're not exactly social butterflies. I miss Moscow, and everyone I love there. While it has been fun, I cannot wait for this fever dream to end.
