i wonder what we could do going forward to nurture our childrens imaginations as currently i see alot of things used by the yard, that in my generation would have yielded great storylines and roleplaying, but in the children i work with, i see a large lack of these things where the tough trays provided would simply be looked at/messed up, as our children have failed to develop these skills due to a lifetime of screentime, lack of outdoor play.

I would attempt some of the games, particularly the card game and the blindfold experience. I was also aware of how 'sensory' issues can affect some children but it was good to revisit it. I will try be mindful of them and consider their affects in the future.

Was good input as made me think from the child's point of view. Lots of factors come into behaviours.
