When I hear this song I think of my grandfather Julio, of how proud he was that all his family could read and write, of how much he loved me and of how much he loved the land he had to leave.

He didn't have an easy life and went through a lot of hardships. Despite all of that, he kept on being a good-hearted optimist.

I relate this song to last summer, when I did a voluntary work. I remember listening and singing at the top of my lungs this song with my friends, while we were working under the sun. It was a very enriching experience where I met amazing people and learned a lot. There is nothing better than helping other people while you learn from them.

This song takes me back to school and I relate it to good times during PE classes. We had to prepare a group dance and we trained for a lot of sessions, maybe for an entire term, and we all learnt the lyrics because of listening to the song on repeat.

I remember we started the song chrouched and slowly standed up progressively following the rhythm of the music. At the end of the song (3:45) we always freaked out and every time I listen to this song I can't stand jumping. This song brings to my mind a concert night with my boyfriend in a little pub near La Pedrera. He recommended me this group when we first met and it was love at first sight. 

The concert was an incredible experience. We danced (well, in our chairs because of covid pandemics :( ), we laughed and we sang a lot. We were even able to chat a little bit with Pedro Chillón, the singer!

Finally, I would like to say that if you like absurd humor and different music styles in just a music band, MUNDO CHILLÓN IS YOUR MUSIC BAND!

This song remains me, my first international concert.  Until that moment , I had been to  many concerts by local singers like LLac, Serrat or  Raimon, but never such an exciting  one, full of light, stages that went up and down.  The  best of all, the great Tina Turner, with all her strength.

It was a wonderful night in which we sang, danced, laughed. Whenever I listen to this song, I always remember that fantastic night with friends.

This song brings me back memories from five years ago. I discovered Korean Pop thanks to my friend that made me listen to this song. The quality of the production, the dance and their great vocal skills caught my attention and became one of my favourites. Listening this song brings me back to the eighties. Times of no worries, hot summers and happiness. More than 8 minutes long song, extracted from the legendary Long Play "Bat Out of Hell".
It also reminds me of my college period in Salamanca, particularly one night, dancing wildly with my flatmates in our opening party of the 1989 course. In my childhood we would travel a lot by car with my brother and my parents. My dad used to play some tapes of Spanish artists on the car radio, such as Sabina or Aute. I remember singing the lyrics quite young without knowing the deepness of the words. 

Listening to Una de dos brings me back to Jordi, my father, who sang in a Tuna and greatly influenced me on the passion of musical instruments.

Baby Jane is a Rod Stewart song that brings back memories to me. My dad loved this rock and pop singer very much and had several albums of him which I still keep. 

He particularly likes his raspy voice. In my early teens I used to listen to Rod Stewart with him and I began to like it. My dad didn’t have good skills for dancing nor for singing and it was really funny to dance and sing with him. It made me immensely happy sharing these kinds of moments with my dad.

This song is in the soundtrack of the film “Dirty Dancing”. 

It reminded me the first day I went to see a film with my friends.  I didn’t know anything about the film, there wasn’t important. The important thing was that I was alone with my friends, no parents.

But when the film finished, I was totally excited.  It’s a silly film but I love it. 

I’ve seen many times after that first time. I learned and sang all the songs of the soundtrack, and I found out  great hits from the 1970s and the 1960s

This song brings me childhood memories because 8 years ago, when I was almost 11, we use it for the 30th birthday of my aunt but instead of using the original letter we changed it to a new one that we created according to some things about my aunt's life. I remember writing and practising the song for many days with my cousins and our parents and performing it in front of all our family the day we celebrated my aunt's birthday. My aunt liked it a lot.
