I want to be the leader because I consider that I can work fast and good, and at the same time I can be making sure that everyone in the group is working, and motivate them to work. And if I can't be the leader I would like to be the time keeper.

I would like to be the leader because I consider that I can stimulate people to work on what we are doing and I can work mean while. If I can't be the leader, I would like to be the time keeper.
