Term defining “No Government “ is widely accepted as Anarchy. In more detail, the term anarchy means “a state of disorder due to absence or non-recognition of authority.  

Now let’s get down to the main points.What is wait in store for us if we have no government? The country will fall into a great crisis. It won’t be immediate,  but eventually people will realise the absence of authority. Long before that, however the economy or GDP will gradually decline as production comes to a grinding halt. On the other hand the people will be robbed,, kidnapped  and even carjacking will happen - you name it. Meanwhile people might fight to establish power as a dictator or try to form a monarchy type of government or the president of the country to just name a few. This leads to assassination, violet uprising and so on. 

Is there a nation with anarchism? Yes! Take Somalia for instance. After Siet Barre was toppled from power, over 2 million Somalians live in protracted internal displacement.  Due to anarchism, citizens are getting abused, murdered and are often caught up in sexual violence and access to basic amenities.

A government is required to build up a country. It can be any type of government, but there has to be one. Without an organized government, everything would be chaos. The government is responsible for taking care of the entire country, so no government means to way to control the country. There would be no health, waste management and other programs. There would be no laws or treaties, so wars would happen often and would never end because only the government can sign the treaty to end a war.
There are two main courts: state and federal. These courts deal with cases and make decisions on the cases. 
STATE COURT
The state court has 3 levels at which different levels of cases are dealt with. The vast majority of cases are dealt with in the state level. If somebody is not satisfied with the decision of the state level, they can take it to the state court of appeals. If they are still not satisfied, they can take it to the state supreme court. Without a government, there would be no court so people would do whatever they wanted to do. 
FEDERAL COURT
The Federal court and the State court are mostly the same, but the difference is that the Federal court deals with cases from all over the country. These are also made by the government, so without a government, there wouldn’t be a Federal court. This would make it impossible for cases between different states to be solved.

Having no Government would result in more people dying. Health programs can’t exist without the government, so a disease or virus would kill millions of people.
There would also be no roads, so people would have to walk on sand and cars, bicycles, motorcycles and trucks would not exist.
Waste wouldn’t be managed by anybody and lots of land will be used to dump garbage in. This would have a big negative effect on the ecosystem and the environment.
People wouldn’t have to pay taxes.
Deforestation would have no fine or punishment. This could ultimately lead to the extinction of human beings. 
There would be no space researching programs like NASA or ISRO, so we wouldn’t be able to know about planets and the universe. Cosmologists and Astronomers would have to look for different jobs

In conclusion, an organized government is essential to have a proper country.
There would be no one to enforce laws or rules, so people would be free to do what they wanted to.

Without a government you will have no armies to stop another country from invading or even have any relations with other countries. If a terrorist attack happens there will be no one to track down who did it or even crack down on it. This will make it easier for dangerous countries like North Korea to gain power by invading you. 

Pros: Law and Order
With a government the crime rates will definitely be lower than without a government as well as there not being protests in the street, riots and utter chaos. In many cases having a government can be bad if the leading politicians are permitting to greed. One example of this is Nigeria where the government has rigged the elections, and there are activists who claim that they intend to again this year.

Cons: Surveillance
One of the major cons and a fairly recent one is that governments have gone beyond the expected limitation for surveillance of suspicious calls and messages. Nowadays they buy software from industrial companies that sell tools to hack computers,turn on web cams and record your screen. Two of these major companies are the Italian based [Hacking Team] and Gamma.
This was also shown last year when Edward Snowden Released classified information about the NSA spying on average citizens and receiving their messages and calls.
