Great details! Maybe take a dish or two to explain/describe in more detail so I have an idea of what is in it and what it tastes like. Would be a good idea to go into more depth about the history of the famous mosque. This is the #1 tourist attraction of your city and has a fascinating history that you definitely need to include.
