I would really enjoy it if different teachers could share their own experiences as a relaxed part at the beginning of class. I am also interested in learning more about curriculum, classroom management, challenges, and collaboration. I feel very tired after a full day of work—waking up at 5:45, arriving at school by 7:30, finishing at 2:35, and getting home around 4:00. It would be very helpful if the module were open on Saturdays and Sundays so I could have time to preview the material on the weekend.

What overwhelms me the most about becoming a teacher in knowing what to teach and when to teach it. It seems like a huge task to plan every day for nine months. How can I prepare myself and what are some tips from others who are more organized than I am? All the teachers I’ve worked with have their yearly routines down and know exactly what they’re going to do and how they going to do it for every day. How do they get there?!

I'm eager to learn more about the mini-unit assignment and how to apply it to my Montessori preschool classroom. With a mixed-age group of children mainly working independently, there are very few lessons we do as a group, as the children are at varying levels of development. I am excited to see that other teachers are working in Montessori and working with mixed-aged groups! Hoping we'll be able to bounce ideas off each other :)

I also appreciate opportunities to discuss assignments, to share ideas during class, and to plan for due dates, as my school's calendar differs slightly from the public school calendar.
