For me personally I would just accept it and hope that I wouldn't lose my sense of taste.

Well, if I were given a choice of what I sense I would lose it would be the sense of smell since in this world there are bad things to inhale and unpleasant things to exhale and it would be nice to not smell those and i would accept it and live on

If I were to lose one sense that I have, I would use it for as long as possible, ensuring that I fully appreciate its value, even in its final moments. Even without this sense I could still live my life full of happiness as long as I know how to appreciate.

If I were to lose one sense of mine, I of course, would feel down, yet slowly bring myself up until I can finally live life normally again despite my disability. It can also be a way for me to have more inspiration for art.
