         <description><![CDATA[<div>Oncoming traffic must stop and wait for buses loading or unloading children. To signal the bus is loading or unloading passengers, the bus with flashes alternating red lights and a stop signal arm will be extended. The driver must remain stopped until the bus moves again or the driver signals for you to proceed.</div>]]></description>
