4. Ice is melting fast. Seas could rise 3 feet by 2100.
5. Weather is wreaking havoc. The number of climate related disasters has tripled since 1980. 
6. Species are being disrupted. Animals and plants are vanishing from parts of their range that are now too hot. 
7. We can do something about it.
