         <description><![CDATA[<div>6 egg yolks&nbsp;</div><div>6 tablespoons white sugar, divided&nbsp;</div><div>1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract&nbsp;<br>2 1/2 cups heavy cream&nbsp;</div><div>2 tablespoons brown sugar<br><br>1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.</div><div><br>2. Beat egg yolks, 4 tablespoons white sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until thick and creamy.</div><div><br>3. Pour cream into a saucepan and stir over low heat until it almost comes to boil. Remove the cream from heat immediately. Stir cream into the egg yolk mixture; beat until combined.</div><div><br>4. Pour cream mixture into the top pan of a double boiler. Stir over simmering water until mixture lightly coats the back of a spoon, about 3 minutes. Remove mixture from heat immediately and pour into a shallow heat-proof dish.</div><div><br>5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.</div><div>6. Preheat oven to broil.</div><div><br>7. In a small bowl combine remaining 2 tablespoons white sugar and brown sugar. Sift this mixture evenly over custard. Place dish under broiler until sugar melts, about 2 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to burn.<br><br></div><div>8. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Refrigerate until custard is set again.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>PASTA IN CHEESE SAUCE<br></em></strong><strong>INGREDIENTS:<br></strong>- ONE HUNDRED grams of short pasta (serving per person).<br>- A small bunch of parsley.<br>- Mozzarella cheese.<br>- Parmesan cheese<br>- Bacon<br>- Three hundred grams of heavy cream.<br>- Salt to taste.<br><strong>PREPARATION:<br>1. </strong>In a médium saucepan, boil water with a little salt (to taste).<br><br><strong>2</strong>. When the water is boiled, add the pasta and let it cook for the time indicated on the package (normally it takes between seven and fifteen minutes).<br><br><strong>3.</strong> We grate both types of cheese.<br><br><strong>4.</strong> We chop the bacon into small squares.<br><br><strong>5.</strong> In a frying pan with some depth we cook the bacon without adding extra fat, it will be enough that it is released during cooking.<br><br><strong>6.</strong> Chop the parsley very finely.<br><br><strong>7. </strong>Once the bacon is golden, add the chopped parsley and the cream.<br><br><strong>8</strong>. Place the oil in a large pot over low heat. Sauté the three chopped bell peppers, the garlic and the big onion and stir until they turn a golden color.<br>2. Add the 3 cups of rice, the important thing is to stir very well.<br>3.          <title>LIA ANGARITA                                                                                                              DESSERT NAPOLEON                                                                                                                                                          INGREDIENTS:                                                                                                                          1 Box of cornstarch                                                                                                                    1 Envelope of ducal cookies                                                                                                               1 Sachet of powdered chocolate                                                                                                   1 Pot of condensed milk                                                                                                                   1 Liter of liquid milk                                                                                                                        - First step, place the liquid milk to cook and add the cornstarch with the condensed milk over low heat until it has a thick consistency, it is very important not to stop beating.                                                                 -Second step, when the mixture has a compact consistency, it is removed from the heat and we look for a suitable container for dessert.                                                                                                                -Third step, in the container you begin to place a layer of the mixture that was left and then a layer of the cookies and so on until you believe that it is enough.                                                                                                 -Fourth step, in the last layer of the mixture with a sieve add the powdered chocolate and let it cool for three hours.                                                                              We take it out of the refrigerator and prepare to enjoy this delicious dessert that is highly recommended.                   </title>
