         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) be lenient with the students- not being too harsh with students who are naughty or loud as this would most likely create resentment towards the teacher leading to a more disobedient class in the long run<br><br>2) have a more constructivist approach to teaching- the students disrespect the teacher and so I thought it was appropriate that more or less the lessons would be more peer to peer interaction rather than having the teacher lecture the students as to have less teacher involvement in classes<br><br>3) reward students for keeping the environment clean- the students don't like to keep a clean environment so giving them a reward for keeping their classroom clean will not just raise its hygiene but also students will be awarded for doing a good job<br><br></div>]]></description>
