He was born in Lyon, France in 1900 and he dies for a shoot for an aleman in the wing of his plane on the 31 of July in 1944., he was married with Consuelo de Saint-Exupéry and they never had a children. He considered himself a pilot above all else.
He flew everything from cartography missions to commercial airlines for 20 years.
He published the Little Prince in 1943 and some of the story of The Little Prince uses events taken from his own life.
