School starts at 8:30 and ends at 17:00. Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and there is also a lunch break in the middle of the day.

One of the most famous events in Pamplona is the Running of the Bulls, called San Fermín. It’s every year in July. People run in front of bulls through the streets of the city. It’s very exciting but also dangerous. The tradition is very old and even though the San Fermin didn’t happen while I was there, I saw the streets where it all happens and it was very interesting to learn about it.

We also went to a small fun park with fun rides and games. We had so much fun!

In the evening we stayed at a really nice hotel. It was a perfect day full of fun, new experiences and beautiful places.

Next day we walked up the hill to the statue of Jesus. The view from the top was incredible. Then we visited the aquarium, where we saw many animals like fish and even sharks!

Spanish people eat at very different times - at Thursday when we had free day, the breakfast was around 11, lunch in the afternoon and dinner very late, sometimes even after 9 pm!

Another surprise was that people here often walk around in the house in shoes and the Spanish are more relaxed. They don’t rush and take their time.

At first, these things felt strange but I slowly got used to them.
